My goal is to use the extensive experience gained throughout my 25-year career in a variety of Executive/Senior Management and Consulting roles in the US Energy sector, to help you achieve tangible results in the area of Effective Leadership. My approach is hands-on learning and development with proven effectiveness through sharing real-life experiences.
