Over an engaging academic year, you'll participate in high-impact workshops focused on critical areas like:

A cornerstone of the program is a dedicated six-month peer coaching journey, where you'll join a small cohort for monthly sessions led by certified coaches. These sessions foster goal achievement, skill development, and expand your professional connections within a supportive and inquiry-based setting.
