Here's a hack for you
Reverse Time Blocking
Traditionally, time blocking involves dividing your day into blocks of time and assigning specific tasks to each block. However, Reverse Time Blocking is a technique where you first determine your desired end result or goal, and then work backwards to determine the steps needed to achieve it.
For example, if your goal is to write a book, you may start by visualizing the finished product and then work backwards to determine what tasks you need to complete in order to make that vision a reality. This could include researching, outlining, drafting, and editing. Once you have identified these steps, you can then block off time in your schedule to work on each one, allowing you to stay focused and on track towards your end goal.
By approaching your tasks and projects in this way, you can ensure that you are always working towards a specific end result and avoid getting bogged down in the day-to-day details. Additionally, this technique can help you prioritize your tasks based on their importance to the overall goal, making you more productive and efficient in the long run.
